On the morning when I woke up without you for the first time

I read somewhere today that a new Mountain Goats album is due out very soon, on the 19th of February. This coincides wonderfully with when I will be living a hop, skip and jump away from the Heidelberg branch of JB HiFi (at least it's kind of on the way home from work) and is very good news. I've tried to weed through their web site for more details but found more of interest on the JB web site, including a link to John Darnielle's blog. It looks like a good place to hear about new music. I saw the comment about Kaki King on the front page and thought that this looks as though it will be quite an interesting read. Haven't had time to see much yet.
