These days are scraped from ceilings

As I mentioned last week recently I've been quite excited by the new Yeah Yeah Yeahs song which appears on the Spiderman 3 soundtrack. I endeavoured to acquire it legally but was unable to do so unless I purchased the entire album, so was forced to resort to other means. Anyway, I've got it at last and it's a great song. At the moment I can't hear it often enough. Even though it's getting frequent airplay on Triple J and I'm playing it on iTunes on a daily basis. It's a great track, featuring the best of what the Yeah Yeah Yeahs can do. Until I heard their song Turn Into I didn't really see why people found them so exciting, but there are some great tracks on Show Your Bones and their earlier album as well. This song is definitely worth a listen if you like rock.

I have one day left to decide if I'm going to wag school again to see a band. Shins tickets on sale Friday.
